The principle of balanced structure of fabricated supports and hangers

There are two types of balance weight structure: one is made into a whole with the crankshaft; the other is made separately and fixed to the crank arm by screws. The shape of the assembled support and hanger is generally a fan-shaped with the main journal as the center. Adopting this shape can make its center of gravity deviate from the rotating user's center soft and far, so as to obtain a larger balance centrifugal force with a smaller mass, which is conducive to reducing the mass.

After the assembly of the crankshaft group, there will be a large imbalance due to the inevitable errors in the processing and assembly of the parts. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out balance detection and adjust the balance quality by dividing part of the balance mass to control its imbalance within the specified range. Therefore, in the process of use and maintenance, the balance weight should not be removed as much as possible to avoid damaging its balance.

The principle of moment balance of assembled supports and hangers can be divided into two categories: three link mechanism and four link mechanism.

Through analysis and comparison, the product has no outstanding advantages. Although the theory is good, the product has obvious disadvantages such as large volume, heavy weight and difficult load adjustment in actual use. The bigger defect is that the spring used must have high precision requirements, otherwise the performance will be greatly reduced.
